Postage and Returns

Fun n Frolic will supply the goods you have ordered subject to availability.

If any item is out of stock we will contact you with the anticipated despatch date and give you the option to agree to wait or to remove the item from your order. 

We can also despatch goods that are in stock and send the outstanding balance at a later date.

If you choose the latter option you will incur an additional shipping charge in accordance with our schedule detailed below. 

If we fail to deliver any product ordered we will refund any payment made for those items.

We will not be liable for any other losses or expenses, which you may suffer, as a result of our inability to supply or for the actions or failure of any third party to carry out their contractual obligations. 

We undertake to deliver the goods within 7 working days (unless advised to the contrary) to any address in the UK at our standard delivery charges.

Delivery is normally undertaken by Royal Mail/Parcel Force or by an independent courier in all cases a signature will be required as proof of delivery. In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery a card will be left and the package/parcel returned to the depot for collection by the recipient.

 

Items will normally be posted using 2nd class Royal Mail recorded delivery. Cost £3.99

Items requiring next day delivery, outside of the RG postal area, must be placed by 3.30pm, Monday to Friday only. Dependent on stock availability orders will be posted using the Royal Mail special delivery next day by 1.30pm service. Cost £9.99

Items collected from our store in Reading free of charge 

All orders over £100 inc. vat will be delivered free of charge by 2nd class Royal Mail recorded delivery.                       

For heavy or bulky items, we may need to apply a surcharge and will contact you on receipt of your order if applicable.

 

All products are thoroughly checked by our staff on receipt from our suppliers and prior to delivery to ensure they are neither faulty nor damaged.

If on receipt of you order you find that damage has occurred to any of the contents you must contact us within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt to notify us of the details.

Goods returned to us will be inspected and authorised for a replacement or for a full refund including return postage costs.

Returns (Notification within seven (7) working days of receipt).

If you wish to return a product that does is no longer required or as a result of our failure to fulfil our contractual obligations you should contact us within seven (7) working days by e mail, fax or in writing.

To obtain a full product refund any stock returned to us must be unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Return postage costs are not refundable unless goods are being returned as faulty or as a result of our failure to fulfil our contractual obligations.

Returns (Notification within thirty (30) working days of receipt.

If you wish to return a product after seven (7) days but within thirty (30) days of receipt you should contact us by e-mail, fax or in writing.

We do not give refunds for goods notified to us after seven (7) days but we will issue a credit note valid for one year.

To obtain a credit note any stock returned to us must be in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged.

Return costs are not refundable unless goods are being returned as faulty or as a result of our failure to fulfil our contractual obligations.

Once received and signed for the goods become the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received and signed for at our premises.

We recommend that goods are returned to us using a recorded delivery service or a courier.
